We are determined to find and show ways to build more housing to fill the gaps, globally, through a community of like minded people, governments and companies... free to join for members.

Why this is a manufacturing problem
The Global Community cannot build 35 million homes a year one site at a time. It has to make them — and making things well has rules that construction has not yet learned to follow.
Demand before capacity
Factories are built against orders, not hopes. Aggregate the housing need into visible, committed demand and the capacity follows. Reverse the order and the factory fails.
A central point of control
Industrialisation happens when one place holds the design, the data, the schedule and the supply chain together. Not a person — a point. Everything flows through it and nothing is lost between hand-offs.
One method, every typology
The same disciplined approach delivers a two-storey home, a mid-rise block, a school or a clinic. The method is constant; only the product changes.
A Common Language
Ministers, developers, contractors and manufacturers talk past each other because "modular" and "MMC" mean different things to each of them.
