35 million families will not have homes this year... and here is why..

Right now, 35 million secure protective homes are needed for families globally.

And once this year is gone, which it nearly is, they will be gone forever...

Why ? because using existing construction methods, its impossible.

The Philippines and Indonesia alone need 6 million homes now....

Sub Saharan Africa and India need 50 million homes...

and these are not luxury apartments, these are basic familiy homes...

We need to complete 96,000 homes every single day.

That is 4,000 homes every hour, 67 homes per minute....

We are currently building "maybe" 10% of that.... and the gap is widening...

This is not just a construction problem...

because when families cannot access proper housing, everything else breaks down.

Health deteriorates, Children cannot study. Economic opportunity evaporates.

Entire generations lose their chance at basic dignity.

I have presented housing solutions to government ministers,

and every single one tells me the same thing,

"We just cannot build fast enough or affordability enough with current methods"

It is time for a community of like minded people,

companies and organisations

finance groups, government ministers and departments

creative developers and construction companies

architects and visionaries to work together.

It is time for the GUILD of new evolution...
