Right now, 35 million secure protective homes are needed for families globally. This new year identifies the urgency which intensifies. Why? Because using existing construction methods, it's impossible to meet the demand.

The Philippines and Indonesia alone need 6 million homes now. Sub-Saharan Africa and India require 30 million homes. These are not luxury apartments; these are basic family homes.

We need to complete 96,000 homes every single day. That translates to 4,000 homes every hour or 67 homes per minute.

Currently, we are building "maybe" 10% of that. The gap is widening, and this is not just a construction problem. When families cannot access proper housing, everything else breaks down. Health deteriorates, children struggle to study, and economic opportunities evaporate. Entire generations lose their chance at basic dignity.

The Challenge We Face

I have presented housing solutions to government ministers, and every single one tells me the same thing: "We just cannot build fast enough or affordably enough with current methods." This is a call to action. It is time for a community of like-minded people, companies, and organizations to come together.

We need finance groups, government ministers and departments, creative developers, construction companies, architects, and visionaries to collaborate.
